Job summary
HavocAI in Providence, RI is seeking a Mission Operations Specialist to orchestrate deployments of HavocAI platforms and HavocCloud products in support of customer missions. You will lead planning, execution, and field readiness, working cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and operations teams.
Based in North Kingstown, RI, you will engage with customers, translate field feedback into product insights, and ensure high system performance through training and support during deployments
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Based in or willing to relocate to North Kingstown, RI.
- Experience leading or supporting operational deployments of complex technical systems.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and Operate HavocAI Platforms: lead deployments for HavocAI ASV, HavocControl, and HavocCloud.
- Drive Customer Success: build long-term customer partnerships and translate needs into outcomes.
- Shape Product Development: collaborate with Product, GTM, and Engineering to align with defense needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with multiple teams to deliver fieldable hardware/software systems.
