Job summary

HavocAI Inc. is seeking a Mission Operations Specialist in Rhode Island to orchestrate deployments of HavocAI platforms and HavocCloud products that support customer missions.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and operations to ensure deployments are executed smoothly and customers achieve high system performance. You will engage directly with customers, translate field feedback into product insights, and help shape product development while maintaining a strong focus

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including field deployments and customer engagements.
• Based in or willing to relocate to North Kingstown, RI.
• Experience leading or supporting operational deployments of complex technical systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate HavocAI platforms, HavocControl software, and HavocCloud products.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of deployments for HavocAI ASV platforms and related software.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to deploy systems to the field.
• Train and support end users to ensure effective adoption and high performance.
• Monitor system performance during operations and coordinate rapid issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with customers and understand their missions and objectives.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and advocate for customer needs.
• Coordinate across HavocAI teams to ensure alignment and successful mission execution.
