Job summary

Serco Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a Mission Operations Engineering Lead to lead MOE team responsible for integration, testing, and deployment of CAF DMO3 simulators and training systems. You will drive mission readiness and coordinate with customers and sites.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, DoD secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 8 years of related experience, DoD 8140 IAT Level II or ability to obtain, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid passport.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance required or able to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to produce detailed reports and manuals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS) and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mission Operations Engineering team and report on performance, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Ensure deployed systems meet quality and operational requirements.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and customer engagements at sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
