Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Systems Engineer: Mission Modeling & Simulation at Level 3 or 4 to join our on-site team. You will build and integrate mission-level and system-level models, simulations, and analyses for missile and interceptor programs.

You will collaborate across disciplines, drive MS&A plans, and present analysis-backed recommendations to program and customer leadership, shaping architectures, CONOPS, and TTPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in MS&A for missile/interceptor or IAD programs is preferred.
• Strong background in probability, statistics, and DOE applied to weapon system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate mission-level and system-level models, algorithms, and simulations of missiles, interceptors, sensors, threats, and C2 systems.
• Perform operations analysis, mission effectiveness studies, and assess architecture options for campaigns.
• Present analysis-backed recommendations to influence architecture trades, CONOPS, and TTPs.
