Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. This leadership role aligns with the Regional Vice President, staff and board to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission, and live FCA Values.

The Director develops and executes a ministry plan, fosters a discipleship culture, and ensures FCA activities adhere to biblical standards and FCA policies across sports

Qualifications

• Experience leading a ministry or nonprofit organization.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, and deploy staff and volunteers.
• Strong fundraising acumen and donor relationship skills.
• Strategic planning and implementation across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and direction for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Develop and execute ministry plans aligned with FCA vision and policies.
• Lead, train, and empower staff and volunteers to disciple others.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of personnel.
• Manage donor relationships, fundraising efforts, and budget planning.
