Job summary

BizFirst is recruiting a seasoned System Administrator to support an Intelligence Community mission program onsite at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes AWS cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, and Tier 1/2 support in a DevOps setting.

The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, a related technical degree or equivalent experience, and strong Linux/Unix scripting skills. Extensive benefits are provided by the client.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems with 10 years of system administration experience (15 years may substitute for the degree).
Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities

Run and support the IT and AWS cloud infrastructure behind an intelligence mission program.
Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and AWS infrastructure in a DevOps environment using Terraform and Ansible.
Handle day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
