Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and turnover briefings.
• Analyze and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across mission and business platforms.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security documentation.
• Monitor SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-team engineering and government leadership.
