Job summary

Knightscope, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Mission Intelligence Analyst for onsite security operations. You will verify and respond to alerts, investigate incidents, and ensure seamless 24/7 monitoring with our autonomous systems and Knightscope Security Force teams.

Prior security operations experience is a strong plus and the role is onsite only. Responsibilities include monitoring alerts, preparing daily activity reports, investigating incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others.
• Organized, curious, and willing to learn.
• Computer and internet proficiency.
• Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed.
• Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment (preferred but not required).
• Background in customer service.
• A strong desire to help build the future of security.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment when responding to alerts.

Responsibilities

• Providing consistent and constant alert and machine monitoring to provide excellent security and customer service resources for Knightscope clients
• Identifying and solving problems to improve the Mission Intelligence department
• Prepare Daily Security Activity Reports for monitoring periods
• Prepare and investigate incidents that occur during your shift
• Help maintain consistent response times and clearance rates
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to keep the fleet active.

Weekdays : Monday to Friday 10PM PT to 6:30AM PT - Monday to Friday

About The Role

As a Mission Intelligence Analyst, you'll serve as a critical human-in-the-loop for Knightscope's security operations, working alongside our autonomous hardware, software, and Knightscope Security Force (KSF) systems. You'll be responsible for verifying and responding to security alerts, investigating incidents as they arise, and helping ensure seamless 24/7 monitoring coverage for our clients. This is an onsite opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in physical security operations. Prior industry experience considered a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $28 - $32 an hour (DOE)
