Knightscope, Inc. is expanding its centralized Engineering Services to support the full product portfolio. The role owns the shared DevOps and platform foundation, consolidating fragmented pipelines into a durable platform.

You will design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipeline, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure security and reliability across programs. This is a senior, on-site role at the Sunnyvale HQ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Platform, or SRE with senior ownership of production infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Strong CI/CD pipeline design with fast feedback loops and safe deployments.
• Track record supporting multiple product teams from a shared platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the shared CI/CD pipeline serving Signals, K7/Nav, and Legacy.
• Own the cloud infrastructure that runs Knightscope’s SaaS platforms and internal tooling.
• Standardize containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code across programs.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on platform hardening.
• Partner with Fleet and Release Automation on OTA delivery connected to cloud pipelines.
• Build platform observability and metrics that reveal reality without guessing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $165,000 to $195,000 (DOE)
• Equity: Stock options
