Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Mission Integrator for the Experimental Operations Unit at USAFWC, Nellis AFB, NV. You will coordinate range operations, C2, and mission support for tests, trainings, and demonstrations in a fast-paced environment with government and industry partners.

Roles require travel, flexibility for non-standard hours, and strong leadership to align resources with mission timelines and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of DoD or partner agency experience.
Experience supporting exercises, experimentation events, and demonstrations with joint partners.
Knowledge of DoD test, evaluation, and exercise planning policies and procedures.
Experience with SCI and operating within classified environments.
Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced operational environments with multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license with an insurable record.
Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule for operations and missions.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute range operations, communications, C2, and mission support for tests, trainings, and events.
Synchronize range resources, airspace, communications, logistics, and support requirements for events.
Coordinate with government, units, and partners on mission planning and execution.
Serve as liaison to facilitate communication and maintain mission timelines.
Develop mission schedules, timelines, and checklists to support range activities.
Support planning conferences, briefings, and post-event debriefs with action tracking.
Monitor mission activities and communicate schedule changes and impacts to leadership.
Coordinate integration of emerging technologies and mission support equipment.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and personnel are available prior to missions.
Support large-force exercises and experimentation events with coordinating organizations.
Maintain situational awareness and provide updates to stakeholders.
Create and maintain mission trackers, status reports, and documentation.
Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and resource constraints.
Foster collaboration across government, military, and industry.
