Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a Senior Cleared Full Stack Software Engineer to support mission-driven applications in the DC area. You will design and develop full stack apps using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Python, and PostgreSQL, with Redux state management and robust REST APIs.

The role emphasizes data validation with Pydantic, ORM with SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL schema design, Docker/OpenShift deployment, and production issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in software or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 4 years; Master’s for 6 years.
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with API integration.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Build reusable React components and manage state with Redux.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs with validation and auth integration.
• Use Pydantic for data validation and SQLAlchemy for DB access/ORM.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and optimize queries.
• Build Docker images and deploy on OpenShift; troubleshoot deployments.
• Resolve production issues across UI, backend, DB, and deployment.
• Collaborate with customers, product owners, and stakeholders; estimate effort.
• Participate in design reviews, test automation, and documentation.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with operations and security teams.
