Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Selectives Service registration for males born after 1959 is required.
• Must obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance for the position.
• Drug testing designated position with random testing.
• One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade in the Federal System.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the 711 HPW Mission Execution PMO.
• Lead planning and execution of integrated project portfolios with cost/schedule/performance/risk oversight.
• Mentor diverse project teams and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Implement standardized enterprise program management processes and hybrid methodologies.
• Translate strategy into executable plans across research, acquisition, and operations.
• Develop executable investment strategies with Contracting and Financial Management.
• Align project teams with stakeholders and leadership for coordinated planning and reporting.
• Support resourcing of project teams with funding, personnel, and infrastructure.
• Monitor portfolio execution and mitigate risks to ensure mission continuity.
• Serve as the 711 HPW senior Program Manager and OSF, collaborating with AFRL OSFs and CSF.
• Advocate for future capabilities and improve organizational structures and processes.
• Provide oversight to the Program Execution Group and data-informed decision making.
• Provide first-level supervision to the team.
