Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an AVE Mission Engineering Manager 3 to lead the Mission Engineering efforts across the AVE SE&I MS&A team in Roy, UT. You will oversee 3D trajectory analysis, 6DOF simulation development, and program support to ensure mission objectives are met.

This full-time role requires a US Citizen with active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP access.
• Experience in trajectory/operational analysis and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Engineering efforts across the AVE MS&A team.
• Oversee trajectory analysis and 6DOF simulation development.
• Coordinate with IPTs to inform data and results for program decisions.
• Provide technical authority across AVE regarding Mission Engineering requirements.
