Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor and donation area.
• Operate the POS system, complete sales transactions, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise according to store goals.
• Assist donors with donations and provide receipts per policy.
• Keep the store organized and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
