The Archway in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Store Manager for Berry Good Buys to lead daily operations and drive financial performance while upholding high merchandising and customer service standards.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching staff, pricing high-end donations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and aligning activities with the organization's mission to support domestic violence survivors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or store operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales and revenue goals.
• Lead, supervise, schedule, coach, and hold store employees accountable.
• Build a dependable team culture grounded in professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, deposits, and POS activity.
• Evaluate, price, merchandise, and oversee sale of donated goods, including high-end items.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and store appearance.
• Provide a positive experience for customers, donors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Address personnel, customer, safety, theft, and facility concerns calmly and appropriately.
• Complete timely financial, operational, and personnel reporting.
• Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer experience.
