You will implement pricing strategies, manage a paid team and volunteers, and ensure flawless POS and cash handling while promoting the PB414 mission.

The role requires weekend availability and a passion for retail leadership, with compensation ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

• Experience in retail or store management with weekend availability.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive customer experiences and sales.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Comfort with scheduling and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal performance.
• Schedule and manage paid staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain floor inventory and execute pricing and promo calendars.
• Coordinate in-store events with Marketing and PB414 leadership.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, cash drawers, and bank deposits.
• Train new hires in store ops and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and processing space.
• Oversee visual merchandising and seasonal store changes.
• Foster PB414 values and empower teams and volunteers.
• Track receipts and expenses for financial accountability.
• Lead weekly updates and quarterly one-on-one guidance with reports.
• Attend leadership meetings and development programs as required.
