Swell Partners is seeking a Social Media Campaigns Coordinator on a six-month contract to support priority campaigns and fundraising initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating deliverables, content development, and stakeholder reviews across major social platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with social media workflows, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and campaign success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, marketing support, communications, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting social media campaigns, content planning, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate social media deliverables for campaign moments, activations, fundraising initiatives, and awareness opportunities.
• Draft, edit, and refine social media copy and assets across major platforms.
• Manage stakeholder reviews, approvals, and content revisions using approved workflows.
• Support social media reporting using Sprout Social and platform analytics tools.
• Assist with community management and engagement across campaign channels.
