Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience preferred.

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless performance.
• Schedule and manage paid staff to meet business needs; foster a supportive work environment.
• Maintain floor inventory and align with store goals and promotional calendars.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director and PB414 leadership for in-store events and pricing strategy.
• Ensure efficient POS operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Train new hires in store operations and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and staging area; oversee visual merchandising.
• Communicate store updates weekly and conduct monthly team meetings.
• Attend PB414 Leadership meetings and development programs as required.
