Responsibilities

• Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead team to succeed; provide coaching and motivation.
• Create an environment for employees to excel.

• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure training on new products and promotions.
