Purpose Brands 414 (PB414) is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for Bold Lives Men's Thrift in Rogers, AR. This part-time role (20-28 hours per week) partners with the Store Manager to run daily operations, provide exceptional customer experiences, and uphold our mission. You will lead a small team, participate in merchandising, events, and training, and help with donations and reporting.

Evening availability and Saturdays are required. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $19 to $24.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the store team for 20-28 hours weekly.
• Execute visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and store walkthroughs.
• Assist in hiring, trainings, and volunteer coordination.
• Oversee daily store operations including POS and checkout.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on events and promotions.
• Generate monthly reports and track key statistics.
• Uphold PB414 values and serve customers with excellence.
