Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Ballwin, MO is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for a grand opening in September 2026. This part-time role is 25 hours per week with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. You will greet customers, operate the register, restock merchandise, and maintain neat displays while supporting daily sales goals with the team.
