The role requires a positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to learn.

Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for at least three years; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is not

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of products/ merchandise.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible to business needs.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a desire to provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and connect with customers.
• Ask questions and listen to customers’ needs.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions.
• Maintain store appearance and organization.
• Cross-sell products and know store layout.
• Upsell products and provide product knowledge.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and reconcile cash handling.
• Complete paperwork, reports and reconciliations.
• Be keeper of merchandise and manage inventory processes.
• Adhere to assigned work schedule and be dependable.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative.
