Goodwill Industries SELA in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an entry-level Retail Associate for our O'Neal Lane location. You will join a dynamic retail team, handling cashier duties, backroom tasks, stocking and assisting donors and customers.

As a part of Retail Operations, you will uphold standards, participate in training, and contribute to a friendly, organized shopping experience while supporting Goodwill's mission to transform lives through work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior work experience in service industry preferred but not required.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and record sales.
• Sort and hang garments, price items, prepare displays.
• Restock and organize the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Greet donors and assist customers.
