You will handle donations, assist customers, and ensure a clean, organized shop floor in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates read and write in English, can lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• Must interact cordially with a variety of people.
• Able to explain Goodwill's mission to the public.
• Develops effective working relationships with store staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process purchases and record sales.
• Backroom: sort, price, and prepare donated goods for display.
• Sales Floor: restock and rotate merchandise on racks and shelves.
• Housekeeping: maintain clean, hazard-free store environment.
• Customer Service: greet donors and assist customers with receipts.
• General: follow company policies and attend regularly.
• Security: stay aware of activity and report suspicious behavior.
