Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Director to oversee the services for designated programs and ensure quality, compliant operations. You will lead staff, coordinate health care, budgeting, and stakeholder relations to support individuals in our community.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to person-centered planning. This is a full-time, on-site position in our West Virginia locations with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services industry preferred.
• State-required licensure/certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and operation of designated programs.
• Manage direct supports, health care, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
