Job summary

The Center for Inherited Blood Disorders (CIBD) is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee non-340B pharmacy services, ensuring patient‑centered care and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. In this role you will manage daily operations and distributions, drive performance improvements, and optimize workflows to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements include PharmD from an ACPE‑accredited school, active California pharmacist license, 5+ years in outpatient settings,

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active California Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient/ambulatory pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-340B pharmacy services and operations.
• Ensure patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
