Job summary

The Pharmacy Manager provides operational management for non-340B pharmacy services, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory, payer, and accreditation requirements.

The Pharmacy Manager oversees daily operations and distribution activities, drives performance improvement initiatives, optimizes workflows to achieve organizational goals and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with Pharmacy Degree (PharmD).
• Active California Pharmacist license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient/ambulatory pharmacy setting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic Life Safety (BLS) Certification.
