Job summary

The Center for Comprehensive Care & Diagnosis of Inherited Blood Disorders (CIBD) is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist with receiving, preparing, packaging, and distributing medications under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. This role includes non-discretionary tasks, inventory management, and occasional medication delivery, supporting the 340B program.

Required is an Active California Technician License, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of related

Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist Technician license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of related outpatient, ambulatory, or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, package, and distribute medications under supervision.
• Perform non-discretionary tasks: inventory removal, counting, pouring, labeling, and dispensing.
• Label and package injectable, oral, topical medications per orders and regulations.
• Coordinate shipping and deliveries; reconcile shipments with packing slips.
