Job summary

Hope House Colorado seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and CACFP-related compliance. You will lead the operations team, manage budgets, vendor relations, and volunteer engagement across three buildings, while promoting core values and ensuring safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years of people management, and experience in office and facilities management, with a focus on creating an excellent work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in office management, facility & maintenance.
• ServSafe Certified, or willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resource center operations assistants, facility & kitchen employees, including scheduling and coverage when those team members are out of the office.
• Implement regular touchpoints with direct reports, to include weekly touchpoints, quarterly conversations & annual reviews.
• Provide leadership, coaching and accountability to all direct reports, establishing clear performance expectations and ensuring targets are achieved.
• Recommend, implement and maintain office processes that support organizational goals and efficient operations.
• Direct execution of building security processes, emergency response plans and ensuring staff and volunteers are trained in these areas.
