Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care as part of a collaborative care team. You will work with physicians, nurses, and other staff to deliver comprehensive services to Sea Mar patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing and ARNP licensure in WA.
• Accredited ARNP program completion with board certification.
• Current DEA certificate required.
• Upkeep of vaccine requirements for employment.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Community health experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care services to Sea Mar patients within scope and licensure.
• Collaborate with clinicians to deliver team-based coordinated care.
• Refer patients to medical specialists when needed.
• Prescribe and dispense medications per Washington State prescriptive authority.
• Participate in preventive health programs and patient education.
• Document clinical records accurately and complete paperwork in a team-based approach.
• Participate in clinical affairs with Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer to improve patient care.
