Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary medical care within a collaborative care team across ourWashington clinics. You will practice under state licensure, with a focus on underserved communities, and participate in preventive health activities.

Ideal candidates hold a WA ARNP/DEA certification and bring 2+ years of relevant experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and ARNP licensure in Washington state.
• Current DEA certificate required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care to Sea Mar patients as part of a care team.
• Collaborate with staff for team-based coordinated care.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Prescribe and dispense medications per state authority.
• Participate in immunization and disease prevention programs.
• Contribute to clinical affairs and patient care documentation.
