Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in a patient-centered setting, refer to specialists when needed, prescribe medications within state scope, and participate in preventive health programs while documenting care in the Epic system.

English and Spanish bilingualism preferred; DEA certification and Washington ARNP license required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and ARNP certification with WA license.
• DEA certificate required.
• 2+ years of NP experience, preferably in community health.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care as part of a care team.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver team-based coordinated care.
• Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary.
• Prescribe and dispense medications under WA prescriptive authority.
• Engage in preventive health programs and patient education.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical records.
