Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington seeks a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care to our diverse patient population. You will work within a care team to deliver comprehensive services in line with Sea Mar's guidelines and its patient-centered mission.

Collaborate with staff to deliver team-based coordinated care, refer to specialists as needed, and participate in preventive programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and WA ARNP license required.
• Successful completion of an accredited ARNP program.
• Certified by the Nursing Certification Board (PNCB/FPNCB).
• Current DEA certificate.
• Uphold vaccine requirements for employment.
• Minimum 2 years of community health experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• The NP is part of a care team providing quality services to Sea Mar patients.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver team-based coordinated care.
• Provide primary medical care in accordance with training, licensure, and Sea Mar guidelines.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Prescribe medications per Washington State prescriptive authority.
• Participate in preventive health programs and immunization efforts.
• Educate patients and community groups under Medical Director guidance.
• Engage in clinical affairs with Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical records and required paperwork.
