The Opportunity Center- Easterseals in Alabama seeks a Marketing & Communications Specialist to tell our stories, strengthen our brand, and expand our impact in the community. You will shape strategy, content, and donor communications while supporting fundraising, recruitment, and program growth.

You will lead integrated campaigns, manage our website and social channels, create compelling multimedia content, and collaborate with leadership and programs to ensure consistent messaging across

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Three or more years of marketing and communications experience.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing, and website content management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and mission-driven work.
• Nonprofit experience helpful but not required.
