Job summary

Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer to create and manage video content that showcases the school’s mission and programs. You will lead projects from concept through delivery, partnering with Admissions, Advancement, and other departments.

The role requires strong storytelling, technical production skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Flexibility for events and occasional evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of end-to-end video production experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and camera/lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of copyright laws and marketing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, capture, and tell stories via video and digital formats for SHS, Atherton.
• Lead end-to-end video production from concept to on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with departments to produce content supporting recruitment and fundraising.
• Manage multiple projects with strict timelines and approvals.
• Publish and track performance of video content across channels.
