St. Ignatius Church in Baltimore is seeking a Content Producer to oversee livestream and broadcast production and lead digital content development for The Catholic Mass, under Jesuit guidance.

You will recruit and mentor volunteers, grow a faith-centered media team, and collaborate with clergy to ensure theological accuracy. The role combines technical production, storytelling, and an emphasis on Jesuit spirituality to reach a global Catholic audience with accessible, reverent content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in live video production and broadcast media.
• Proficiency with OBS, vMix, Wirecast and streaming platforms.
• Knowledge of Catholic liturgy and Jesuit spirituality.
• Strong storytelling and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, produce, and direct live Mass broadcasts.
• Operate cameras, mix audio, lighting, and streaming software.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers for media roles.
• Create and curate content for The Catholic Mass website.
• Develop social media campaigns and monitor analytics.
• Collaborate with clergy to ensure theological accuracy.
