Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to contribute to patient care under RN supervision in our facilities. You will perform nursing duties, administer medications, and support treatment planning for underserved patient populations.

Required is a current LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR certification, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development. This full-time role is based in Michigan with a focus on compassionate, team-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests per protocols.
