Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Sunrise Pointe, a 208-unit community in Port Orange, FL. You will oversee maintenance operations to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair, with HVAC and EPA experience preferred. A valid driver's license may be required and supervision of maintenance staff is part of the job.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repairs.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements and address them promptly.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Repair appliances as needed and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance staff and other personnel as assigned.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
