Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Seven Palms, a 336-unit community in Punta Gorda, FL. The role blends customer service with sales, focusing on presenting available units, building rapport, and following company standards for tours and leases.

You will engage prospects by phone, email, and in person, guiding them through the application process and helping determine eligibility for affordable housing. Outstanding communication and local knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, local amenities, and schools to communicate effectively to prospects.
• Enter data accurately in Yardi PMS and assist customers with application completion for housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support events and resident retention efforts, and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
