Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the USAF Special Operations School at Hurlburt Field, FL. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional materials for online and face-to-face learning, consulting SMEs and applying adult learning principles.

The role requires delivering high-quality courseware, conducting assessments, and guiding instructors while maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ISD or education preferred.
• Associate's degree in ISD or CCAF equivalent desired; experience may substitute.
• Practical knowledge of instructional methods and adult learning principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Flash, and HTML5.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of copyright and reproduction restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain courseware throughout its lifecycle per required standards.
• Create lesson content on SIPR and NIPR in HTML5 using approved authoring tools.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments and establish goals and objectives.
• Design learning objectives, assessment instruments, quizzes, and end-of-course exams.
• Create course content using eLearning authoring tools and assist with UI design.
• Integrate graphics, video, audio, and animation into courseware and explore VR opportunities.
• Support course owners in small-group tryouts and incorporate feedback into drafts.
• Perform formative and summative evaluations during ADDIE and document results.
• Provide instructors with curriculum guidance and training on learning outcomes.
