Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living is seeking an HR Generalist who brings energy, ownership, and genuine care to their work in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. This role supports a small, high-trust HR team serving 500 employees across multiple communities.

You will own full-cycle HR tasks from recruitment to onboarding, wage offers, employee relations, and leave administration, partnering with another Generalist to keep our HR engine running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with knowledge of HR policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and managing applications end-to-end.
• Coordinate wage offers and respond to wage-related requests.
• Onboard new hires and coordinate orientation and pre-boarding.
• Support employee relations and HR operations with accurate records.
