You will shape strategy, foster a collaborative culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance growth and community awareness of the Baptist brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive health care leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Proven success leading operational, financial, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of health care trends, compliance, and managed care environments.
