Job summary

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for CRSS Assisted Living Facilities to oversee resident care and ensure services meet regulatory standards. The role supports the Resident Care Coordinator and strives to provide compassionate, mission-driven geriatrics care.

The RN will supervise CNAs/CMTs, administer medications, document care, and maintain open communication with physicians and families while upholding nursing policies and quality care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and care standards.
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing aides and technicians.
• Familiarity with documentation, incident reporting, and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan resident care using the nursing process.
• Supervise CNAs/CMTs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care and report changes to Nursing Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
