The role requires maintaining ServSafe certification for cooks, proper sanitation, and collaboration with other departments for events and resident programs.

• Must maintain current vaccinations including COVID-19 and receive CDC-recommended booster doses.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the dietary department and supervise dietary staff.
• Plan menus with input from the dietitian and review menus before preparation.
• Hire, screen, and recruit kitchen staff with Executive Director approval.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain quality food service within budget.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and sanitation; ensure ServSafe certification for cooks.
