Qualifications

• Ability to adjust schedule to fit organization’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates accounts payable and weekly bank deposits.
• Manages guest lodging payment process.
• Performs account reconciliations and reporting in accounting software.
• Supports the Finance Team including leadership in budgeting and reporting.
• Maintains organization-wide phone system via Microsoft Teams.
• Ensures reliable attendance and smooth workflow between staff and vendors.
