The ideal candidate will have an associates degree in accounting/business, strong MS Office and accounting software experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates accounts payable and weekly bank deposits.
• Manages guest lodging payment process.
• Performs account reconciliations and reporting in accounting software.
• Maintains organization-wide phone system via Microsoft Teams.
• Coordinates workflow between staff and outside vendors.
• Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance.
