Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with food preparation.
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Ability to work in a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook calendar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for clients as scheduled.
• Follow health codes for sanitation and safety.
• Maintain kitchen inventory and reorder ingredients as needed.
• Organize kitchen schedules and plan regular duties.
• Operate kitchen equipment and cook in bulk while controlling portions.
• Maintain confidentiality and refer issues to supervisor.
