Job summary

CW Resources in Chicago is seeking a part-time Janitor/Custodian to maintain clean and welcoming spaces across local sites. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Shifts are Saturday through Monday 12:00 PM–4:00 PM and Tuesday 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, at the Chicago GSA location. Pay is $18.49 per hour plus benefits, with a focus on indoor cleaning across offices, schools, and medical centers.

Qualifications

• Follows all safety procedures and PPE use.
• Reliable team player who communicates clearly.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in cleaning tasks.
• No prior experience required; eager to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and manage recycling.
• Restock supplies and equipment; report maintenance issues.
• Dust, wipe surfaces, and clean windows and glass.
• Perform final walkthroughs to ensure spaces are tidy and welcoming.
