Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs professional social work services in mental health treatment.
• Interviews clients and families to assess treatment history and needs.
• Plans and conducts therapy and crisis intervention; provides case management and referrals.
• Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop CCCP and treatment plans.
