Goodwill Central East Texas is hiring a Logistics Driver in Lufkin, TX for a full-time on-the-road role, relocating donations and goods between stores and donation centers.

You will provide friendly customer service to donors, perform route safety checks, and assist with loading and unloading items as part of a mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Great communication and people skills.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Goodwill truck to transport donations and goods between stores and donation centers.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service when interacting with donors and team members.
• Help load and unload donations — teamwork makes the dream work!
• Keep accurate route logs and vehicle inspections (because safety = success).
